About me
Anette Rosenbach is a free-lance linguist based in McGregor, Western Cape, South Africa. Formerly Professor of English Linguistics at the University of Paderborn (2006-2009) and post-doc Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Düsseldorf (2001 - 2006). PhD (2001) and MA (1996) University of Düsseldorf. From 2010 - 2017 she was a collaborator in the project "The Development of Syntactic Alternations" directed by Joan Bresnan (collaborators: Marilyn Ford, Jen Hay, Benedikt Szmrecsanyi & Sali Tagliamonte). In 2017 she was appointed as Extraordinary Professor at the UPSET Research Unit of North-West University. She is currently collaborating with Johanita Kirsten (North-West University) on a comparative study of genitive variation in English and Afrikaans.
